Terms of service

Lightloom provides independent guides about MiniMax H3 and a hosted text-to-video workflow. Hosted generation requires a Google account and credits. New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant of 150 credits, and a daily check-in can add more; grant amounts may change for new grants at any time. Beyond these grants there is no recurring free generation allowance.

We are an independent site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by MiniMax. “MiniMax” and “Hailuo” are their names, not ours.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase credits. If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian must use the service and accept these terms for you.

You are responsible for access to your Google account and for every prompt submitted through it. You may use only prompts and reference material that you have the right to use.

You must not generate or attempt to generate NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic or sexually exploitative content. Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualized depictions of real people are strictly prohibited.

Do not request illegal or harmful content, violent, gory or graphically harmful content, hate speech, content that endangers minors, deceptive impersonation, face swaps, deepfakes, targeted harassment, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not evade moderation, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, or present our independent guides as official MiniMax documentation.

You may not use Lightloom to generate, request, upload, store or distribute content in any of the six categories below. The list applies to prompts, uploaded reference material and generated output alike, and applies regardless of whether the content is presented as fictional, artistic, satirical or private. It covers text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video and every other generation mode we offer.

Every submitted prompt is screened through the Creem Moderation API before any model request and before credits are reserved. Only an explicit allow decision can proceed; flagged, denied, unavailable or malformed moderation results are blocked, so a failure of the moderation service stops generation rather than letting it through.

Our model provider, MiniMax, applies its own safety filters to requests it receives. We log the moderation decision, the request status and the account behind each generation so that abuse can be investigated, and we review reports we receive from users and from third parties.

When a prompt or an account violates these terms we may, depending on the severity and the history of the account: reject the request, remove or disable access to the generated content, revoke credits obtained through abuse, issue a warning, suspend or restrict the account, or terminate the account permanently.

We may also preserve relevant records, refuse future service, and report conduct to payment providers, our model provider or the competent authorities when reasonably required for safety, payment risk or legal compliance. Child sexual abuse material is reported and results in immediate, permanent termination. Attempts to evade a block are themselves a violation.

Anyone — user or not — can report content or an account that breaks these rules. Email contact@h3video.net with the video or page link, the approximate date and time, and a short description of the problem. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery, content involving minors or credible threats are treated as urgent.

We review every report and normally respond within five business days. Use the same address to appeal an enforcement decision or to request removal of content that depicts you. The Acceptable Use Policy restates these content rules in full, and the Privacy Policy explains what we log when we review a request.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: 10,000 credits for US$9.99, 26,000 for US$24.99, or 54,000 for US$49.99. Creem is the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment details, tax and receipts. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and are used only for services on Lightloom.

Text-to-video generation costs 200 credits per output second at 768P and 300 credits per output second at 2K. The exact charge is shown before submission and reserved atomically before any MiniMax task is created. A completed task settles that reservation. If a task fails before completion, the reserved credits are returned exactly once.

Credits do not expire on a fixed schedule while your account and the service remain available. We may change future pack prices or future generation rates, but a change does not reduce credits already in your balance and does not alter a reservation already created.

Refunds are handled under applicable law and Creem’s checkout terms. Contact us promptly if a purchase was unauthorized or credits were not delivered. Credits already consumed for completed generation are ordinarily non-refundable once the service has been performed. Refunds, chargebacks or disputes block further checkout and generation. Access is not restored automatically; contact support for a manual account review.

Allowed prompts and settings are sent to MiniMax to create the video. Model output is probabilistic: it may be inaccurate, offensive, unexpected or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review every clip before publishing or relying on it.

We do not promise that an output is unique, non-infringing or eligible for copyright protection. MiniMax and third-party terms may also apply. License summaries in our guides are informational; read the current source terms before commercial use.

Completed clips are stored for delivery through Cloudflare R2 and may be deleted 30 days after creation. Download anything you need to keep.

Generation depends on third-party moderation, payment, model and cloud infrastructure. We may queue, throttle, suspend or discontinue it, including when the daily provider-cost safety budget is reached. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular completion time.

The site is provided “as is”. Model specifications, quantization figures and hardware guidance published here are collected from official documentation and public community repositories and are cited on the page where they appear — but they are not first-party benchmarks, and we do not warrant that they are accurate or current.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made solely from these guides or for third-party services, files and model output. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
