H3Video acceptable use policy

Do not use H3Video to generate, request, upload or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, fetish or other sexually exploitative content.

Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, sexualization of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualized depictions of real people are prohibited without exception. Do not use ambiguous age language or other techniques to evade these rules.

Do not create face swaps, deepfakes, face manipulation, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence or content intended to mislead people about a real person’s actions, identity or endorsement. Do not use another person’s likeness, voice or private material without the rights and consent required by law.

Do not request content that promotes or facilitates serious wrongdoing, targeted harassment, credible threats, exploitation, trafficking, terrorism, fraud, malware, weapons abuse or other illegal activity. Do not generate hateful or dehumanizing content targeting protected groups.

You may submit only material you have the right to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, probe the service, or evade safety and moderation systems.

Every submitted prompt is screened through the Creem Moderation API before any model request. Only an explicit allow decision can proceed; flagged, denied, unavailable or malformed moderation results are blocked.

We may reject a request, remove content, restrict or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, and report conduct when reasonably required for safety, payment risk or legal compliance. Attempts to evade a block are themselves a violation.
